About
I’m Shaun Bennett and I set up Shaun’s Gardening and Landscaping in 2013 and I became a limited company in 2017. Since then I have worked at the Malvern Flower Show in 2015, building a garden designed by Kate Durr that was awarded a Gold medal. I was also recruited to work at Gardeners World Live 2015 giving me greater experience in show gardens. In addition, I have worked on numerous residential projects accross Evesham, Worcester, Stratford and Cheltenham.
I began my career in gardening at Pershore Collage of Horticulture where I achieved a National Diploma in Horticulture. During my time at college I was part of a team that built an award winning garden at Chelsea Flower Show. By then working at a local garden centre, I increased my plant knowledge that I have been able to put to good use when advising clients and designing gardens. My first job in the landscape industry was as a labourer and I quickly worked my way up through the company by showing my ability to make important decisions on site and successfully delegate to colleagues.
2016 is proving to be an exciting year, I have already been commissioned to work at the RHS Malvern Flower Show where I will construct a garden for the Primrose Hospice called “Time is a Healer”. In addition, I am currently completing one of my largest projects which I both designed and am constructing which has taken over five weeks.
I use my wide range of skills and experience to design, modify and adapt clients gardens based on their ideas to achieve beautiful and practical spaces.
